Here at GoProto, we’ve joined with HP to bring our customers the best in innovation as we leverage Multi Jet Fusion, or MJF. Glass bead-filled nylon allows for stiff and yet functional components that are fitting for a variety of industries: automotive, aerospace, medical devices, consumer products, and jigs/fixtures/assembly aids.
Parts are consistent, durable and production-grade.
Get stiff, functional parts with HP’s Multi Jet Fusion in Glass Bead-Filled Nylon
+ Designed for production of test and end-use, functional parts across a variety of industries (automotive, aerospace, medical devices, consumer products, jigs and fixtures).
+ Ideal for applications requiring high stiffness like enclosures and housings, fixtures and tooling.
+ Provides dimensional stability along with repeatability.
Quality and speed at a low cost per part
+ 40% glass bead filled thermoplastic material with optimal mechanical properties and high re-usability.
+ Jet Fusion technology produces parts faster than legacy processes like SLS.
Go with the pros at GoProto
+ The manufacturing experts at GoProto and HP have been working together over the past two years to study the metrology and fine-tune these game-changing printers. That unparalleled experience delivers strong, precise parts on time and to spec.
+ We recently moved and doubled our factory space and boast the 2nd largest Multi Jet Fusion capacity in the country along with our FDM and SLA capabilities.

Title “PA12 Glass-Bead Filled Nylon MJF Material | GoProto”
MJF process & details: MJF is an additive process where parts are built layer-by-layer in PA12 Nylon or PA12 Glass Bead-Filled material, but unlike any process we’ve seen before. It’s a unique, hybrid methodology which employs a roller to first lay out a thin layer of granulated nylon on the print bed. The MJF printer then adds fusing and detailing agents via a large number of print nozzles at the Voxel (3d Pixel) level. Heat energy is then passed over the mix to fuse, cure and apply specifically-tailored mechanical properties. This is done in cross-section of the part layer by layer until the part is fully built up. The parts are then removed from the powder, cleaned, finished and inspected.
